Setup - Cloud vs Private? which one to choose

Hi,
We’re exploring the different options for setting up a server.

As a small distributed team (~10 users) with plans for creating integration with our different workflow systems (CRM, HelpDesk, etc.), which path is better: Cloud hosted solution? or Self hosted solution?
