I am getting ready to set up Asterisk for a client that has 5 phones.
I am needing a little information on how I will set this up from scratch with just asterisk installed on a server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !
Asterisk guru is a valuable source of information too.
For all kind of reasons running Asterisk on Windows is not such a good idea, one of them is that it is simply not working allthough there has been some efforts in the past.
Check blog.tmcnet.com/blog/tom-keating … ersion.asp for info about Yate running om windows. In my opinion Yate is much more complicated to use but it seems to run on Windows.
