Setting the registration interval for a SIP Trunk

How do I set the registration interval for a SIP Trunk in a Asterisk 1.6 Trixbox with FreePBX?

My registration to the SIP provider is dropping and I can’t receive any calls until I manually register again. Or it is intermittent were it registers and then drops again after a while.

Howdy,

There’s an ~expiry option that can be appended to register statements. There’s also the defaultexpiry option for sip peers.
