Hi guys, I now again need your brilliant ideas. I am wondering if I can set the Wrapuptime in a queue Dynamically.
For example using AMI :
Action: Originate
Channel: Local/675@sip
Application: Queue
Data: queue1
Async: true
I wanna set a Wrapuptime everytime the queue will be used. I hope there will be somehow a way to do this. Please guys, share your ideas.
