Change your phones to ones that support it, or provide enough debugging information, and a pointer to the specification for the phone showing that it does support URLs, to convince us the fault lies elsewhere.
Also, note that it is generally irrelevant to people on a peer support forum as to whether a problem is urgent to you. If it is, I’d suggest contacting the phone vendor, or using the jobs forum to request paid for help.
