I want to be able to send media between two endpoints. How I can do that?

This isn’t really detailed enough to be able to answer. If you mean how can you place calls between endpoints there’s tons of documentation and examples across the internet for doing so. Are you wanting to do something besides that?

There is nothing in PJSIP to precisely do this. SIP MESSAGE requests just get handled as you configure in dialplan.
