Is it somehow possible to send DTMF (particularly * or #) on alert? I mean: when for example Dial(SIP/gsm) begins, I would like to send * or # into called channel after some fixed number of seconds.

As this is a support question, you might get more responses on a Support forum, however, getting no reply for a question like this normally means the answer is “no”, but people don’t have the time to check that for certain.
If you want to send DTMF halfway through a bridged call, you will probably need to use AMI.
