Selecting MOH or Ringtones in Queue()

Hello!
Is it possible to configure Asterisk Queue() in the following way:

  1. There are no callers in a queue. The first caller does not hear MOH and queue announcements. She hears ringtone and is connected to any available agent.
  2. There are callers in a queue. The next caller hears MOH and queue announcements.
