Sangoma A101 - Config E1 MFCR2

Hello everyone and thanks for reading
I’m struggling with the configuration of a sangoma a101, trying to configure a trunk e1, hdb3, mfcr2
The truth is that I’m applying the same configuration that has already worked for me several times, but I’m not getting results
I see the frame with alarms, TX IDLE and all RX BLOCK
The carrier told me that everything is fine, they went to measure, and according to them everything is fine …
Anyone with experience in these subjects could tell me if I can improve some config?

I pass the configuration, a couple of commands and a log capture
