Run PHP script after hangup incoming call is possible?

Hello to all.
I’m working on a ticketing system but am having problems.

Currently the outgoing calls are ticketed to end the call.
The developer said it is not possible to run a PHP script when it terminates an incoming call. This proceeds?
If not, how can I do to run a PHP script when terminating an incoming call?

I’m Brazilian and do not speak English so excuse my bad english :smile:
