Ring Groups and Queues are almost the same (please correct me If I’m wrong)
I am confusing when should I use Ring Group or Queues…
Incoming -> IVR menu 1 -> Ring Groups1
when none available (ie. all of them busy or all of them logged-out)…
then I give the caller IVR for choosing press “*” to wait or he/she can try to call again.
I also tried to use Queues… and it also works…
so what’s the different… which one better? … when should I use Ring Groups or Queues?
but why they have different Ring Type options?
could any body please advise?
