Ring Group Question

I have asterisk setup and running with 5 Cisco 7940 phone. I used elastix for the install and the configuration. I setup a ring group and i am having 1 problem. If a call comes in and it is picked up on an extension and they are talking on the phone and a second call comes in, it will not ring line 2 on the phone in use. Is this a setting, and if so where do i look to change it

First you need to configure your Phone to have multilines, then in the extensions settings enable call waiting and finally this forum is for vanilla Asterisk for future questions try in the elastis forum at forum.elastix.org/

Also keep in mind that there is a setting called ringinuse if you set to NO then your agent never will receive another call.
