Lets explain…, I got a DID that at a certain time of day I want to forward to an answering service…, no problem!, I created a ring group to which my DID looks at and I created the time condition which looks at my ring group and it all works fine…, but…, here’s the trick!
To dial out I need to input an access code to be able to dial out…, I know that on the ring group I use NXXXXXXXXX# using the # symbol to tell asterisk that is an outside number I want to dial, but how to add the access code I need to dial before dialing the number is the part that I do not know how to do.
