Hello, I am quite new to asterisk and already made some mistakes. I need to know how can I increase or decrease the channels/user and also how to remove forbidden/declined numbers, because some numbers were automatically blocked, don’t know why… Thank you
I don’t understand the increase/decrease question; Asterisk doesn’t have limits.
If you have got something onto the telesales blacklist in a prototyping environment, deleting astdb and restarting should clear everything out.

As about the limits, how can I limit each user to 1 or 2 simultaneous lines?
