# Reply SIP INFO without content

Hello guys !

I’m facing a problem that after a period of time my call is dropped with my carrier. I contact them and they told me they use INFO to keep the call alive. I got some packages and see that they send some INFOs without content. Is there a way to reply this SIP INFO on pjsip ?

Asterisk 16 provides the res\_pjsip\_empty\_info module which reacts to incoming empty INFO requests. Is it loaded?
