Release 1.8.12.0-rc2

Hi,

I have just tested release 1.8.12.0-rc2 and am really pleased that it has resolved deadlock issues I was experiencing while running under heavy load.

We are a bit wary of releasing our application on the back of an rc release, so was wondering when the GA of this release will be available.

As of late, it’s been about a month to go from RC to GA.
