I would like to receive MMS messages via SIP, is this possible?
I’ve been asked by a customer to look into the ability to receive a MMS message, extract the sender’s number and the audio content and then someone listens and transcribes the audio into text for submission into a blog.
A bit like LiveJournal does with their post by phone system, except theirs is more like voicemail.
I think MMS is like MIME in email, except the content is on the server and you get the content via WAP push.
