Realtime User/voicemail issue

I enabled realtime user and voicemail, and get 2 issue:

  1. After create user in sip_buddies, it can not show in “sip show peers” until it has been register at least once.

  2. How to change the format of voicemail from wav to gsm or someting else.

The last thing, how to change the content/subject of voicemail notification email.

Becuase the notification email is just like a spaming mail, it is rejected by hotmail.
