Realtime queues not loading

Hi everyone,

Having configured the realtime queues and queue_members in Asterisk 16.10 we noticed the records are not loaded (queues and members).
Queue reload through AMI or CLI does nothing.
The only way to load them is first from the CLI we do a “queue show”.
One we do this, we can see the records loaded.

Is this a normal behaviour ?

Sounds quite plausible. A lot of the ARA processing for app_queue is done in a lazy way, so only when the name of the queue is referenced is anything loaded. queue show probably forces an enumeration of the queue names.
