Realtime Audio Streaming

I am trying to do a real-time audio streaming from a client’s asterisk PBX on AWS into our AWS environment. We are using AWS Traffic Mirroring to copy traffic from the Asterisk server to an Oerka server and not having success.

Oreka has been very slow to respond, can anybody provide recommendations on alternatives?
