Hi,
I was just asked if asterisk can allow a person waiting in the queue to record a message and not lose their position in the queue. So when it is their turn, they get called back or the agent hears the recorded message.
Is this possible “natively” or is there a script that someone has written that does this.
Would I be stupid to think that you could create a Local channel that plays the recorded message when the agent gets the call?
