Queues and Echo


A few months ago I setup a Astrerisk@home box in our Office. We have about 8 extensions, 2 are remote. This all works pretty well generally

We have setup a couple of queues. 2 phones ring first, then if they are busy or not answered, we go to another 2 phones. If the incoming calls end up going to the second queue, when answered the echo is terrible at first

Does each queue need to be set up, ie the first queue works quite well, but the others suck

We are using a TDM400P for the in coming lines

I’m new to this so I may have not provided enough info.
