I have sucessfully installed an asterisk 1.4 box to work as an IVR. All the extensions are registered in a Cisco Call Manager.
When a call gets in, the asterisk box transfers them all right. If I set the queue strategy as ringall, it works fine with all the “agent” extensions.
I would like to set it up so the members in the queue are logged in automatically at one specific hour, and automatically logged out at another, so I can use a rrmemory or random strategy and not worrying about an operator forgetting to login.
