I have a queue set up for my admins to log in to. When they are logged out, I want to be able to log in the extension for our over head night ringer.
I do have it set up to time out the queue and transfer the call to the night ringer.
Does anyone know if it is possible to log the extension for the night ringer into the queue from another phone extentsion?
