Queue join announcement problem

Hi,
I am testing the queue functionality for the first time.
I have setup a recording to be played as the join announcement, but when calling, the recording is not played.

Logs indicate that it should be, but all I get is MOH:
– Executing [2500@ext-queues:17] Playback(“Zap/47-1”, “custom/TestJoinMessage.wma”) in new stack

Any advice on the problem? Is it the file type? I’ve tried WMA and WAV.
Please share your wisdom!

the format you need is wav thats 8k 16bit mono
