Queue agent cannot end call with *(COMPLETEAGENT)

I was using Asterisk 11 where queue agents (in realtime) were able to interrupt the call by typing *
Now I migrated to Asterisk 20 and now it doesn’t work. I searched a few things but nothing worked:

agents.conf
endcall = yes
enddtmf=*

Add the ‘k’ parameter to the dialplan queue.
