Proper permissions for asterisk and it's spooler?

Can someone tell me real quick what the file and directory permissions are for asterisk and especially the spooler?

Executing [h@default:1] DeadAGI(“SIP/UXMC-0914dcc8”, “postqueue.agi”) in new stack
– Launched AGI Script /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/postqueue.agi

  • SOX=sox
  • SOXMIX=soxmix
  • SRCFRMT=wav
  • DESTFRMT=wav
    ++ ls '/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/out.'
    ls: /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/out.: No such file or directory

Never mind,

When I tried to install the GUI, is messed with my permissions.
I just reinstalled 1.4 and completely back to square 1.
Same problem as before.
