Problem with the phone privider voip

good morning

I am facing a problem in my network voip asterisk, where connections that go to my voip provider it is simmering, and delay on the links. I checked my bandwidth and I’m using the g729 codec and are all normal. I checked with the voip provider and be there all normal. How do I solve this problem? Is there anything that I have to check?

Change your ISP or buy a higher bandwidth connection. (Note I have no idea what “simmering” means, but long delays indicates an overloaded network.)
