Problem with outbound calling

Hi,

I configured CISCO 7960 in usa, ibount/outbound working fine
I configured same cisco 7960 and sent to Domenic republic, Outbound(USA) is NOT working and only inbound working. but they are able to make outbound calls within DomenicRepublic working fine.

Please let me know where I should check to fix the issue.
