Problem with Gateway FXO connected to Zycoo U20 A4

Hello, i have a Zycoo U20 A4 with the firmware v3. I want to connect a New Rock FXO gateway to my central, the gateway and zycoo registered good but when i try to call to the line that i put in the gateway this call rings one time then i see that the call start but after a second the call hangup.

What should i do?
