Problem when making a call abroad

When i try to make a call abroad, I can´t, and It says All circuits are busy now, Can Yo help me please.

Is this FreePBX? If so, you should use that forum[1] as it is what configures Asterisk. At a first glance though it tried to dial out DAHDI and failed, so something to do with DAHDI.
