Problem to display menu sound

Hello.

The confbridge.conf code is this:

[general]

[admin_user]
type=user
pin=123456
marked=yes
admin=yes
music_on_hold_when_empty=yes
announce_user_count=yes

[default_user]
type=user
pin=123456
wait_marked=yes
end_marked=yes
music_on_hold_when_empty=yes
announce_user_count=yes

[default_bridge]
type=bridge
max_members=10
video_mode=follow_talker

[menu-conferencia]
type=menu
*=playback(menu-inicio)

*1=toggle_mute
1=toggle_mute
*2=leave_conference
2=leave_conference
*3=dialplan_exec(addcallers,1,1)
3=dialplan_exec(addcallers,1,1)
*4=decrease_listening_volume
4=decrease_listening_volume
*5=reset_listening_volume
5=reset_listening_volume
*6=increase_listening_volume
6=increase_listening_volume
*7=decrease_talking_volume
7=decrease_talking_volume
*8=reset_talking_volume
8=reset_talking_volume
*9=increase_talking_volume
9=increase_talking_volume
*0=no_op
0=no_op

As you can see, the sound menu-inicio is on the path /var/lib/asterisk/sounds and has the format .gsm but when someone get in the conference room and press *, the sound menu-inicio don’t play and it do with a agent sounds saying “press one to active or desactive the silence mode”, and that all.

By the way, the menu-inicio I recorded with an extension:

exten => 444,1, Answer()
exten => 444,n, Wait(0.5)
exten => 444,n, Record(conf-usermenu.gsm)
exten => 444,n, Wait(1)
exten => 444,n, Playback(conf-usermenu)
exten => 444,n,Handup()

Why that menu don’t display when someone in the conference press *?

Best regards.
