Priority mechanism

Hello Guys,

I would like to implement a mechanism of priority in the asterisk, for example if user A is talking with user B, and a user C wants to talk with user B, C Call is more important because C is for example the CEO of a company, is it possible to finish automatically the call on going between the user A and B, and start a new one between C and B?

Whilst the details of working out which is the call and whether it is not a priority call, itself, may require some work, the actual takeover should just be a call to Bridge, rather than Dial.

Hello Pedro,

  I think the best way is activate the "call waiting" option on the

phone you use. So when C call B, B screen show the new call and
the user can switch to this new call.
