Anyone knows what kind of telephone lines those prepaid calling card providers buy? when I buy a calling card, there are many access numbers on the back, a number for each state. Telstra’s ISDN10,20,30 costs over $3000 to setup and costs nearly $400 /month but I think those providers are using different and cheaper technology.
