I’m having a b$#@! of a time changing the soft key functions on the polycom. Not sure if the factory settings are to have a soft-key’s function as “Hold” when there is a perfectly usable Hold key already on the phone!!! Anyone from polycom reading this!
In phoneXX.cfg, I’ve got this entry
THAT, I would have thought, was supposed to rename the left-most soft button to Transfer AFAIK judging by what is written in the polycom manual. One of the better manuals going around for an IP phone, but no examples unforchunately.
Any help would be appreciated,
