Polycom 601 CallerID shows IP address

We recently upgraded Polycom SIP version from 2.1.2 to 2.2.0. After the upgrade, the incoming callerID shows the server IP address like XXXX@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. The feature 9 in sip.cfg was disabled but did not help. Does anybody have the similar issue and a fix?.

I had the same issue. I never had time to look in to it. Try contacting Polycom and see what they say.
