# Polycom 4000

has anyone got the Polycom 4000 working?

i tried to hook it up to our Asterisk, and i think it downloaded the [SIP.id](http://SIP.id) from the polycom 601s. did i ruin the phone?

does anyone know what firmware and boot version i need to be running for the Polycom 4000 to work?
