Please some help with drop out

Hi, I’m new to this forum and hope to contribute alot here, im also new to the astrisk scene so please bare with me…

currently one of our clients get random drop outs when speaking to an inbound call, ive checked the log and the occurance on that exact moment of the drop out reads:

“bridge stops bridging channels”

I see alot of people have faced this and remained a mystery but im wondering if someone is kind enough to advise as to what could have caused this?
