Pjsip show aors/contacts main column is too narrow

Hello,

When using ‘pjsip show contacts’ or 'pjsip show aors, Asterisk displays a ContactUri column which in my setup, is 45 characters-wide.

This is too narrow to fully display the involved IP address.
As you may guess, seeing IP addressing data is very important to sysadmins.

Could it be possible to have a wider column ? For 10 more characters would be fine.
