In the PJSIP configuration, i put few IP’s in a supplier trunk : remote_hosts = 192.168.x.x,192.x,x,x.
But all outgoing calls use everytime the same IP, there are an option to use in loadbalancing ?

There is no built in load balancing for that. You’d either need to use SRV records for load balancing, or do it in dialplan.
