Phantom call

Hi,

for the last 2 days, one user receive a call from asterisk every 15min.

I got this in the console:

– Executing [3653@default:1] ChanIsAvail(“SIP/dc-voip3.voice.canam.ws-09b7ded8”, “SIP/StGedeonvoip1&SIP/dcvoip3”) in new stack
– Executing [3653@default:2] NoOp(“SIP/dc-voip3.voice.canam.ws-09b7ded8”, “SIP/StGedeonvoip1-09b3fe48”) in new stack
– Executing [3653@default:3] Set(“SIP/dc-voip3.voice.canam.ws-09b7ded8”, “channel=SIP/StGedeonvoip1”) in new stack
– Executing [3653@default:4] Dial(“SIP/dc-voip3.voice.canam.ws-09b7ded8”, “SIP/StGedeonvoip1/3653”) in new stack
– Called StGedeonvoip1/3653
– SIP/StGedeonvoip1-09b413d8 is ringing
– SIP/StGedeonvoip1-09b413d8 answered SIP/dc-voip3.voice.canam.ws-09b7ded8
– Native bridging SIP/dc-voip3.voice.canam.ws-09b7ded8 and SIP/StGedeonvoip1-09b413d8
– Got SIP response 500 “Internal Server Error” back from 10.32.12.1
== Spawn extension (default, 3653, 4) exited non-zero on ‘SIP/dc-voip3.voice.canam.ws-09b7ded8’

To me , I understand that asterisk is calling my caallmanager ?

I’m new to asterisk, an idea ro tips to give me?
