Perhaps you can help me out.
I have a Pancode gate phone at the entrance to our property. It’s connected to our Asterisk1.8 PBX (running FreePBX).
The phone is setup as a SIP device in FreePBX using RFC2833 for DTFMmode, in the Pancode control panel the phone has the same account details, IP etc… as in FreePBX and is also set to use RFC2833 for DTMF SIP Presentation Mode.
For some reason I cannot get the call button on the Pandcode panel to dial through to a queue or ring group defined in FreePBX as defined in Call Button - Day Mode.
Would it be possible to give me a basic walk through of the correct steps to configure it?
