Out going longdistance calls on analog lines

When we make outgoing calls we receive a message from the carrier “call cannot be completed as dialed…”.

I have tested the lines at the carrier dmark and I can make calls using my but set so I know they LD service is ok. I have check the dial plan and LD appears to be setup correctly. (Local and 8xx calls are working fine.)

I new to the Asterisk and I do not know how to see the SIP logs on the system to determine what digits are being sent to the carrier.

Anyone have a suggestion?
