What is the Bitrate on a internal call when using Opus in Asterisk 13?
Is the bitrate adjustable too?
The bitrate defaults to whatever is specified for the maxaveragebitrate format parameter that can be optionally found in the SDP. This value is used to set the maximum bitrate on the encoder. If it is not in the SDP then it defaults to the max bitrate. This value can also be configured within codecs.conf.
