Is an old italian phone, as I understand two “anonymous” buttons are for external lines (pstn, analog) the buttons 1-6 are for phone 1 phone 2 phone 3…until 6 connected to the “pbx” included with this phone (as i understand you can connect 6 phones to this one and avoid to buy an analog pbx which was expensive in those years).

A very interesting idea can be to connect a phone like this on Asterisk. And see how work with the interconnected phones, unfortunately is not easy to find even on Ebay or similar.
