I have asterisk server configured with thirdlane pbx.
I am able to dial to conference bridges from my extensions, when i dial out side the office like 140831567 and if i dial conference bridge extension i am unable to connect to that the message that’s not a valid extension.
You may want to speak to thirdlane about it. It has to do with how their system configures asterisk.
Try adding this to extensions.custom.conf, changing “ivr-2” to whatever your incoming IVR is called
; Let callers to main IVR direct dial meeting rooms
[ivr-2-custom]
include => ext-meetme
