 It is not easy
I try to make a call from Avaya Ip Office 500 to my asterisk server
When I call from * to Avaya all is Good
When I call from Avaya to * I saw an error. This error is my topic

I think on it. And understand a problem. When I turn on sip debug I saw:
when Avaya calls to *:

From: 10503 sip:10503@192.168.90.156;tag=2beb4f5613962608
To: Tel:+10506

But normal line is:

From: “VideoFon4” sip:10506@192.168.90.156;tag=as74c7ec02
To: sip:10503@192.168.90.30:5060;transport=udp>;tag=8c60c7bcf5f84e94

I think that is my problem

Exactly what the error message was trying to tell you. So the Avaya is consulting some directory (like ENUM)? Then it’s a problem in the directory. If no directory, it would be an Avaya configuration problem.
