Sorry if this is redundent but I didn’t see a similar question…Hope this is the right place to post this. I’m completely new to Asterisk just found out about it when I joined my current company. Anyways we have a Norstar system and we use Asterisk voicemail as the voicemail system. I’m trying to set up a new user with voicemail. I have pointed the phone to 7846 on no answer and 7946 on busy. I see that the voicemail picks up it states the ext 8046 and I can leave a voice message no problems. The only thing is that it doesn’t email the wav file of the message. I have the correct email address set up in /etc/astersk/voicemail.conf am I missing something???
