No Voicemail Build Options in 18.0.1?

Hi,

I am updating from Asterisk 16.0.1 to 18.0.1 and I have notice that the Voicemail Build Options is not available in the make menuselect. Is this normal behavior?
Voicemail must be ODBC storage in our case.

This was changed to allow every module to be built at once[1].
