No response from destination

hello, I set the PBX using Druid. the problem is that I can make a call, but the destination has no response:
Executing NoOp(“Zap/1-1”, “g1”) in new stack
– Executing Dial(“Zap/1-1”, “Zap/g1/13570807902”) in new stack
– Called g1/13570807902
– Zap/2-1 is ringing
– Zap/2-1 is ringing
– Zap/2-1 is ringing
– Zap/2-1 is ringing
– Zap/2-1 is ringing
– Hungup 'Zap/2-1’
any idea for that problem?
thanks
zhu

let’s see your zapata.conf … have you got channel groups mixed up here and are ringing an FXS port instead of out via an FXO port ?

zapata.conf
[channels]
language=cn
switchtype=national
callerid=“test1” <33365332>
signalling=fxo_ks
context=druid-trunks-outbound
group=1
channel=>1-2
callerid=“test2” <33365332>
signalling=fxs_ks
context=druid-trunks-inbound
group=0
channel=>3
zaptel.conf
loadzone=cn
defaultzone=cn
fxoks=1-2
fxsks=3-4

from the number you’re trying to dial i’m guessing you want to dial externally ? if so, you should be using g0 as your trunk identifier, not g1 as that’s your “internal” FXS ports.

exten=>_9XXXXXXXX,1,Noop(g0)
exten=>_9XXXXXXXX,n,Dial(Zap/g0/${EXTEN:1})
exten=>_9XXXXXXXX,n,Hangup
exten=>_9XXXXXXXXXXX,1,Noop(g0)
exten=>_9XXXXXXXXXXX,n,Dial(Zap/g0/${EXTEN:1})
exten=>_9XXXXXXXXXXX,n,Hangup
Am i right to set the dial plan?
thanks!
